We had a pleasant time. The breakfast is good, rooms are very clean and the staff is affable! There's Shakey's Pizza within 15 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu.

Helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. You should definitely explore Pasay district, it's worth it. The window of my budget double room was facing a city. I greatly enjoyed my 3-nights stay.
